General

Rates are inclusive of VAT, breakfast and free use of the pool.
No persons other than those quoted for and booked are permitted to share the accommodation.
In the event that it is possible to accommodate any extra persons in the same room, an additional charge is payable.
MAISON H is a non-smoking establishment.
Check in time from 2 pm.
Check out by 10 am. Late departures are subject to room availability.
We will always do our utmost to take the best possible care of our guests.
The neighbourhood is patrolled nightly by a private security company.
Secure off-street parking.
No children below the age of 16.
There are unprotected water features on the property.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking within 48 hours of booking.
The remaining 50% is payable on arrival, and any extras are to be paid on departure.
In the event of non-payment of a deposit, the proprietor or their agents reserves the right to cancel any reservation without notice or liability to the client.
Payment is accepted by means of Rands cash, Electronic Funds Transfer or credit card (Visa & Mastercard).

Only cancellations advised in writing will be entertained.
Cancellations made on the expected day of arrival, or within the duration of the stay, will be liable for the 100% of accommodation costs for the days cancelled.
Cancellations made 1 to 7 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 50% of total accommodation costs for the full duration of the stay booked.
Cancellations made further in advance than 14 days prior to arrival date will be refunded in full.
